« This house is very close to Pike's Peak and Mannitou Incline so it was perfect for our hiking vacation. It's a sweet little house with character, lovely furnishings and a beautiful yard where we enjoyed eating breakfast. We had 4 adults in our group and it was a great size. It would be a little tight for 6 adults, and 2 would have to walk through another bedroom to get to their bedroom, but the third room would be a perfect room for children. »

« The house was perfect for our visit to Colorado Springs. Great well-appointed accommodations in a forest-like setting. Lots of windows to let nature in. »

« Cute little cottage in the mountains. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub. A great place to relax and disconnect from civilization for a bit. Host was very communicative and left us lots of helpful instructions. »

« Close to everywhere I wanted to go. I could easily walk to the downtown and to trail heads. Garden of the Gods was 1 mile away. I really enjoyed my stay and it met my needs. »

« Location was perfect. The cottage is within 15 minutes of major attractions, grocery stores, etc. 6 minute drive to Red Rock Canyon, 9 minutes to the main entrance of Garden of the Gods. The full size kitchen with all newer appliances was very convenient. The cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to use and maintained a comfortable temperature very well. Ample parking. We stayed for three nights and parked right in front of the cottage in the shade...

Excellent water pressure and the AC worked like a charm. The host and groundskeeper were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience! »

« Pretty nice place stay while in Springs. Hosts are very communicative and fast to answer any questions or concerns. Check in was nice other than getting caught in a small hail storm. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was nice sized and kitchen basically ready to cook whatever you feel, just take your food. Will have to say though a carport woulda been nice to help check in. »

« The communication with the host was very easy and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. Everything was as expected. The location was great for us. We walked to downtown on a couple of occasions and drove to downtown as well. The neighborhood was safe. Having coffee available in the morning was a nice way to start the day. The fact that the home was pet-friendly was a huge plus. Checking out was as easy as the check-in. »
