Perfect for our family

What an incredible stay! The cottage was perfect for us. Clean and tidy, stocked with plenty of essentials, and attention to detail! Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, lots of kitchen items, shower items etc. Hot tub was clean and so nice at the end of the day. Host was friendly and very responsive. Close to restaurants, and 20 mins or less drive to all of our planned activities. Highly recommend staying here!

Five Stars in Every Aspect

We came here from Texas for our granddaughter’s graduation! Absolutely Everything about this cottage is Top Shelf! The house is comfortable, clean and cozy. It is set back from the street so it is safer for little ones. The location is also perfect. Walking distance to trails, dining places, and even grocery store. And yet, you still feel like you’re staying in a country cabin. Our hosts were amazing and helpful in every way. They live on site, but are never intrusive. This is definitely a top choice with no regrets!!

Perfect Location, well appointed!

My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs
 we will definitely stay here again!!

Vintage charm with every modern convenience

This quaint and charming 100 year old cottage had every comfort and amenity we needed for a relaxing few days exploring Colorado Springs. We were tucked quietly back off the road as well so even through we were closely located by everything we needed, we still felt secluded! Our host was wonderfully helpful and prompt to answer any questions. She even offered several great local recommendations that we would have never known about otherwise! It was a fantastic experience!

Nice place to stay.

There was a minor problem which was taken care of within an hour. Other than that everything was great. The entire house was clean and well stocked. Great communication. I don’t think I ever waited over an hour for a reply to any of my questions.

Amazing

Myself, three of my daughters and my son all stayed here during our vacation. It was our first experience not staying in hotel and it was perfect. We felt completely at home and the host is simply amazing she’s the best. She made great recommendations for everything and even rushed to us when we locked ourselves out one day above and beyond you won’t be disappointed to stay here. Quaint and cozy just as advertised

Teresa is an excellent hostess, the cottage is very cozy and comfortable. We were made to feel welcome. I just want to say a heartfelt thanks to these kind folks who practice hospitality, and made it possible for our two family pets to come with us and enjoy Christmas in The Springs. Pets allowed is becoming a thing of the past. If you choose to stay here ( and I highly recommend you do ) please adhere to the simple rules so that others, like us, can enjoy true hospitality in Colorado Springs. My wife and I will fondly remember this experience.

Quirky Comfort

We enjoyed this cozy cottage with its arched doorways, a quaint bathroom, unique front door hardware, and original hardwoods. Add the modern comforts of a streaming Roku TV, a fully equipped, good-sized kitchen, comfortable beds and efficient A/C units and fans made this a perfect get away for our vacation adventure. Our hostess was very attentive, quickly addressing issues and providing us with information on shopping, restaurants, walking trails and tourist sites.

Appreciate the effort

Teresa is clearly doing a lot with a little on this property. The backyard is almost non existent and the front yard is shared with the main house. The outside seating area wasn’t very clean although it looked like at one point it had been inviting. The inside was a different story. Spotless and really cute. She’s thought of a lot of things to make this very small house comfortable. It’s also on a pretty busy road so that limited walking possibilities with our dog. But she was so kind and responsive. The air conditioning / cooling was terrific! This is important as climate change makes the area hotter and hotter in the summer. We really appreciated that effort. And the bed was super comfy! Overall, we would stay again.

Cute cottage with everything you could need

The cottage was very nice. Kitchen was very well stocked. Location is great, only minutes from everything. Host was great. Outdoor area was great for sitting after a day of site seeing. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful spot in a great location!

This is maybe the best-equipped rental I've ever stayed in! Loved that all the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled so it was easy to find everything. A great place to relax in the hammock after a hike. It's just a few blocks from Ivywild School/Bristol Brewing too!

It is a great little cottage! Owners are very nice and responded very quickly when asked questing. The decorations were very cute and the house manual was awesome! We hope to come back and visit again!
