Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and Two 55 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

The home was so inviting, the kitchen had everything needed to cook like I was at home. The bedrooms very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Living room and game room kept us entertained. We didn't get to use the hot tub but Chad had it ready just in case we needed to, and it was a beautiful tub. Overall I absolutely would stay again.

We highly recommend this property in Colorado Springs! We enjoyed the exceptionally clean home and felt right at home! The owner Chad left snacks and milk and coffee which was very much appreciated! He replied with a text anytime we had a question. There was enough space to give everyone some room to relax and yet be just around the corner. The beds and sheets and pillows were all so comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were definitely family favorites! Easy check and a fabulous stay!

Wonderful! Chad was a great host! He was friendly, communicative, and responsive. The house was very comfortable for my mom and I and my seven year old twins, as well as our dogs. The house was clean with super comfy beds and pillows. The yard was great and the game room was a huge hit with the kids. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. House was very well stocked and we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the fact that we were offered early check in. When we walked in the house was very clean, we even had snacks, brand new orange juice, and milk that were also offered to us as well. We really enjoyed the pool table, the tv due to the sound system making it feel like we were in a movie theater at home. We mostly cooked at home too so we really enjoyed the kitchen a lot. The only thing I would say that really concerns me still is the fact that the side gate to the backyard was left open and we also had our puppy with us who luckily is very clinging and does what he has to do and just waits by the door once he done but if not he could’ve gotten out. Other than that we really did enjoy the house with our dog and we’re happy we booked here !

The property was just as listed in the discerption and my wife and I were comfortable. It is pet friendly and does have a hot tub in the back yard that is private. I've stayed here several times and it's always fantastic. The square footage and quality of the space is fantastic for the price. We hosted our corporate retreat here and everyone loved outdoor space, hot tub and game room. The beds were comfy, and we especially appreciate the low check out requirements. This was hands down the BEST stay we have had!It was very clean. The home was well thought out for travelers! Literally you could pack your clothing and go. Just a few of the thoughtful things: Extra pillows blankets linens, single use toiletries in every bathroom, juice, milk, snacks, area guides, baby gear, games. It was apparent that the hosts put thought into their home! Thanks so much!
