'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '

'Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool was one of the largest we have seen at a hotel. The breakfast was a great addition and we appreciate that it was offered for several hours each morning.'

'Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

'Had a great time at this resort. The pools were very nice, as were the hot tubs and saunas. We didn't have time to explore much as we were only there for one night, but we made full use of the amenities during that time. Would definitely stay again.'

'Really the whole facility overall is awesome, but on arrival our first disappointment was that not all 4 of our rooms were in the same location, and our second disappointment was that one of the 4 rooms had not been cleaned, with one of the beds not even made and the refridgerator . We discussed with the manager and even sent photographs by email'

'Overall location was great staff friendly and polite. Upon checking I was given key card and off I went not knowing what direction to find elevator or rooms. Would like to see staff guide guests when checking in. Maybe oversight but should be part of standard check-in procedures. Aside from this minor issue I would definitely stay here again.'
