'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '

'It was a good place to go for a one-night stay as I enjoy water parks, and GWL has been a nostalgic place during my childhood that I loved going to.'

'Prima hotel , netjes schoon verzorgd'

'We had three people booked, couldn't get showers bc of no hot water. Only two towels. The complimentary breakfast was literally apples and granola bars'

'Room was extremely clean and bed was comfy.'

'My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 4 overlooking the marina. We also enjoyed eating in the restaurant that evening. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the quiet peaceful evening. The meal was excellent and the view of the water made it nice. Our food came out hot and delicious. My only comment would be that the hushpuppies were either undercooked, too dry and not really edible. We asked the waitress about them, and she said...

'Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! This place is just a short walk to historic Williamsburg and all the shops.'

'One word- cockroach. I went to bed around 11:00PM, and I looked up at the ceiling to a bug I had never seen before. I texted my daughter a pic and asked her what it was. It was a cockroach. She said VA was known to have a problem with them. I stood on the bed and banged a book against it, and it fell. I took another picture, to make sure I had identified it. I only stayed one night, and hardly slept at all. I found out that the contact info that the owner shared with me was only texting, when I...

'Shower heads were great! fast hot water, good volume of water, beds and pillows were firm to my liking, not worn out and soft. Desk space for laptop + extra monitor were ample. All the outlets and lights worked. Gym was great, nothing out of service. staff was friendly and very welcoming. breakfast was phenomenal. i hope they serve those cinnamon rolls forever because they are one of a kind. 24/7 coffee machine Fast Wifi is always a plus too'

'Nice hotel! Comfortable beds. Rooms are clean and appear well maintained. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Good price point for the location. It’s located about 5 minutes from the Williamsburg Vistor center. Very nice! My wife and I spent a long anniversary weekend here. We would stay here again!'

'Always stay here when we come to Williamsburg. Great location to everything, clean and the staff is always super friendly.'

'It looked like it had been renovated, Cleaner than last time I stayed'

'We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. However our key didn’t work on one of the doors and maintenance had to be called. It delayed our check in process. The floorplan of the second floor unit is very odd. Would do a first floor unit next time.'

'This is a unique property which needs some TLC. With all the surrounding competition they need to be on top of their game. We stayed 4 nights without having the room cleaned once.'
