'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '

'First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. 'Nice hotel for the price. Many things we like included ample free parking, great central location, indoor pool & a free breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. A couple of things to note if you're a little bougie like I am- the bathroom vanity is one sink with one tiny strip of mirror so only one person could use the bathroom at a time. No husband shaving while you're trying to do your makeup. They only clean your room every other day unless u request cleaning. No biggie there but FYI. I...

'The lady at the counter at 2am was wonderful! We had a problem with our room and she upgraded us to a suite to accommodate our stay. I think the cleanliness could be better. There were piles of trash by the steps through out the weekend. Other than that it was a good stay.'

'The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.'

'Slept here one night during road trip. During early evening we heard an occasional train go by, did not hear any during night - slept well. Convenient location to explore colonial Williamsburg. Good value for money, wish the pool had been open (end of april), did not try the complimentary breakfast'

'Pool was green for the two nights we were there. Other patrons noticed it too and refused to use it. The gym was the size of a large closet. The breakfast was lacking. If you're planning to stay here, I would check on condition of the pool if you're wanting to use it. Seems like they need more help, one man was taking care of the front desk, taking care of the breakfast area, and emptying the garbage cans.
