'Pretty nice place. clean and nice. The building is good. location is good, near some healthy food restaurants and some shops. Host replied my messages. We arrived a couple of hours early from the cruise and couldn't check in early. The cleaning was not finished until 4:15ish pm and we barely have enough toilet paper and nowhere selling one roll ;) there is some construction going on outside the building and a bit noise. 'We’ve stayed in VRBO properties for a decade now, and everyone agreed this was the best one ever! It was beautiful and super clean. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect for what we needed (fun walking around, wandering, eating, shopping, relaxing). The parking situation was simple and straightforward. And beyond all that, the communication with property owner/management was GREAT. They were timely, super efficient, and gave me all the info I needed without over communicating.'

"Cet hotel est très bien situé à Coconut Grove, une partie de Miami proche d´un petit port type marina et du centre-ville de Coconut Groove à 10min à pied et ses boutiques et restaurants. Dommage que nos voisins fumaient du CANABIS dans leur chambre dont les portes adjacentes laissaient passer cette affreuse odeur dans la notre!!! Nous avons constaté ce désagrément en rentrant du restaurant à 23h00 et à la réception on ne pouvait plus nous donner d´autre chambre nous ont ils dit! C´est dommage qu´un hotel de ce standing accepte des drogués dans leurs chambre et n´appelle pas la police meme le soir pour les faire évacuer! Pour le reste les lits sont très confortables et la vue est belle sur la marina. "
