'We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. 'There is no beach at this location where you can swim at. Big concrete blocks and seaweed all along the beach. This vacation was nothing like it was advertised to be. If you want a beach go somewhere else. If you want just an all inclusive resort then it works but that is not what we wanted. Also some of the staff are not happy at their jobs.
