'We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

'The room was dirty- sheets torn, stains on linen and robes provides has holes in them. The best thing about the property is the spa. The lobby is pretty and so is the spa area but upstairs where where the rooms are hold a consistent smell of mildew. Check in staff isn't very helpful if you encounter a problem- one lady was and her name escapes me, but I made an error when booking and nobody else went out of their way to help me. 'The resort was exactly as described! The food was exquisite at every location. I went on this trip solo and had a fantastic time. Just a tip, make sure to make your reservations for dinner with your concierge the day you arrive to make the process easier. I did have an issue with checking out, but it did not impede on me getting to the airport.'
