'No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. '

'The breakfast buffet was amazing! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, waffles, juices, bagels, cereals, yogurt, REAL butter, etc. We were so satisfied with breakfast, we were able to skip lunch. The bed was comfy and we had both soft and firm pillows on the bed to choose from. The bedroom and bathroom both were very large. The indoor pool was fun and hubby enjoyed the workout area. 'Very clean and located in a nice area! Pool was closed. Wish there were an indoor pool, but it’s ok! One staff member was sweet, the other wasn’t attentive, hung up on me when I had a concern. Still overall loved the hotel! '

'Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. '

'Everything was great except i reserved and paid for a king bed room. To only recieve a double bed room. Hotel staff said it was cause i booked thru a thrid party "expedia." Main reason i chose hyatt was due to the room layout.'

'The pictures in the listing on Expedia do not match the actual property. Both the exterior and interior are different. It is not as updated as the photos show. '

'Property is not a comfort inn. Hotel is in process of changing over to Spark. Therefore was hard to find since name changed on sign but not in advertising what your purchasing. There was no breakfast and the lobby was in disarray due to construction updates. On other hand the room was decent for the few hours I was there to sleep. The air/ heater system in room ran nonstop and noisy. Not worth the price they are charging at this time. '
