'No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. '

'Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. '

'Neither Expedia nor the comfort inn gave any indication that they were in the middle of a brand refresh. So the entire first floor was under construction. No breakfast as advertised. Overall a less than mediocre's day. However, had someone informed me of those changes, my expectations would have been different.'
