'Our room was ok. I am not sure how it has such a high rating on here though. The pool needed resealed or repainted on the bottom. We were told the bar would be open until 10, we got back from dinner at 830 and wanted to have a drink before bed but they had shut down already (this was on a Saturday night). 'The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?'

'Room was clean but since there was a floor by floor remodel going on things were out of sorts. Breakfast was lacking and seemed to be cooked in a maintenance room connected to the dining room. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My room had many small things that still had to be accomplished in order to be considered remodeled, a little unprofessional. Please check the bathroom fans to make sure they are working, mine wasn't so it steamed up the entire room.'

'Unfortunately, the lobby smelled like pooh. The bathroom floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned and the walls were in disrepair.'

'We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep.'

'Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control.'

'The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.'

'Breakfast had normal offerings, breakfast area was clean. Our room was mostly clean, found random candy wrappers laying on nightstand. The traffic noise is something to consider, my hubs is a light sleeper, so bothered him more than I. We would stay here again though.'
