'The first room we got was right above the pool and smelled horribly of chlorine and cleaner. We asked for another room and were told they didn’t have any but were eventually given another room. The hot tub jets did not work and there were no towels. Their pancake maker was broken and they didn’t have bacon and sausage and gravy like they said they would. However, I feel they were short staffed. There was only one clerk and one person handling the breakfast. It was still a nice stay and the beds...

'Everything was extremely nice. Breakfast was more than cereal and fruit there was a hot meal and other options. Very pleased and would stay there again.'

'No meat or egg for breakfast!!!! Room was poor condition, Smelled! Clip scents on ac,fabreezed room! broken lamp,sticky floor,housekeeping doesn't mop! Cracked shower liner, base molding poor,unstuck. microwave was horrendous and old! Auto on by movement light woke me alot up,dumb! HALL DOOR KEPT US UP THE CLOSER WAS BROKE SO IT SLAMMED,THE MANAGER DIDN'T DISCOUNT MY STAY FOR ANY OF THIS!'

'Some places like the laundry was still under renovation and the phone was in the room was present but not connected. There was a small continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast. Although the rooms were updated, the AC units were not and left a dusty and unfresh smell when they did turn on. The staff was pleasant but not helpful in resolving some issues, like the room smell or noise levels during night hours.'

'Hotel was nice and location good, adjacent to a main road with all the shops and restaurants you’d want. But tucked away enough that you wouldn’t know you were in a busy area. Staff was friendly and room clean. Breakfast was okay, seemed like heat and serve faux eggs and sausage.'

'Booked this room for a turn n burn concert staff was excellent. Michelle was great! Check in was easy nothing complicated as others had mentioned. Breakfast was ok. Lots of carbs needs some eggs an a meat. Room and bathroom were very clean. Carpet was a little dated and ac struggled but was survivable.'
