For the life of me I canโt understand the 5 star reviews. This hotel is subpar at best. I regretted our stay within 10 minutes of checking in. The ONLY reason I didnโt leave is because I wasnโt traveling alone and didnโt want to inconvenience everyone else.
Iโll start with the fact that the TVs didnโt even accept Roku/Fire Stick. The channels offered were pretty garbage. Thankfully, we went during Christmas so we found a couple of decent movies.
The complimentary breakfast? Throw it in the trashโฆLITERALLY. Same exact lackluster options 3 days in a row. At least some hotels rotate between bacon and sausage. Not this dumpโฆnasty sausage links every day. You can tell they just donโt care. My mom (who loves her breakfast) skipped it after the first day.
Oh, and good luck getting your room refreshed if youโre staying less than a week. A week in this place? HARD PASS!
Customer Service? Whatโs that? Most of the ones I interacted with are clearly there just to get a paycheck. They donโt even greet you when you walk through the door.
The only positive I can say is that at least the rooms and hotel itself were clean.
My advice to you: spend $20 more a night and find yourself a much better place in the area. You work too hard for your money to go to a hotel where you are not valued as a guest.
