One piece of information I would have found helpful was how to lock the door when leaving the property. The only thing I would say as a negative was how hot the cottage was without central cooling. The fan provided is definitely needed. I would stay here again!'

'My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

'Very nice home in an excellent location. Stayed there for CU Boulder Graduation weekend. Well equipped and nice looking kitchen. Short walk to both campus and Pearl Street Mall. Excellent communication by the host with easy instructions. Would definitely stay at this property again. '

The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue during our stay with the door code and Owin was extremely responsive in helping me get it figured out.'
