'Didn’t know that your hotel was going through a remodel so I believe 2/3 of the hotel was closed but parking lot full of stuff from the rooms and front desk was removed restaurants everything that’s gone, but I heard that Hyatt now has it so they’ll turn it all around '

'Gus in guest services outside of the lobby was incredibly friendly and accommodating Austin and Dorian at the front desk were great in helping with check in. I can’t remember her name but the pool staff manager was great too '

'Beautiful property! So many stunning places to sit and relax. Great food and cocktails! The friendliest staff! Cameron the bartender is a gem. He connected well with everyone and remembered names and drinks. Gave great suggestions for nearby things to do. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Comfortable beds. Also the scent infused throughout is amazing and happy I could bring it home. Can’t wait to return!'

'Qua locatie unieke ligging. Italiaans restaurant had te weinig keuzemogelijkheden. Ik vond voor zo'n groot complex sowieso te weinig restaurants en de bar veel te klein. Airconditioning was niet altijd voldoende aanwezig.'
