'The property’s location was its biggest highlight—close to everything we did, with a very quiet neighborhood at night. The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go). 'This was our second 2 week stay at Claremont #1. We had another wonderful time. The place is so nice and well equipped. We sleep very well while there...comfortable bed and great climate system. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. The courtyard is very welcoming. Host responds quickly to questions. Thanks, Will!'

Washer and dryer and all the amenities you need for a short stay. I would definitely book this place again. Less expensive than a hotel with more amenities and privacy'

'The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. '
