'Wonderful time, perfection all around. Our compliments to the entire staf!'

'Location is perfect. Architecture is amazing. Front desk is very helpful!'

'Wifi was dropping out constantly couldn't watch Netflix etc in the room The room itself was comfortable and clean. What really led me to drop the rating was that I asked the fromy desk to get me a taxi to the train station, a car arrived drove me 21 minutes to the train station then charged me 50 euros! I asked them to book me a taxi not a private driver it should have cost me 20 euros. Very unhappy about the experience.'

'Clean room, great staff. The only issue is our room was a different part of the building and required me to carry the suitcases across the stairs.'

'We had a nice stay really enjoyed it.'

'Zeer goed hotel.

'Overall great! Very pleasantly surprised.'

'Super locatie. Prachtig gebouw. Vriendelijke personeel'

'Leuk hotel centraal gelegen'

'It is not possible to get fresh air in the one person rooms, because there is no window that can be opened and the AC/warming unit was only able to warm and it was already too warm in the room. Therefore, I think it was not doable to stay in this room. I asked for another room. That was only possible with extra payment. So, my advice: don't book a one person room in this hotel.'

'Prima locatie om Lyon te verkennen'

'Fijn hotel met vriendelijke mensen. Schoon niet super luxe. Maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima'

'de centrale ligging - lekker ontbijt - rustige kamer'

'The room was very clean and staffs are very friendly. The hotel is located near metro station. The breakfast was good, but it would be great if there were more vegetables.'
