Aspen House Quaint..(EV Charge)

Attractive 2000 sq. ft. home, open floor space, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, furnishings and appliances dated 2018, furniture is aspen wood, 2 TVs, high-end tempur-pedic bed, two queen beds, washer/dryer, fenced (privacy wood) in back yard, percula-porch swing, 2 car garage, beautiful mountain views. This townhome, garage, and backyard is completely private, no space is shared. There is a grill on the back porch. Level 2 Charging Station in garage.

Tempur-pedic mattress in bedroom 1.

If additional cleaning time is needed, because of pet hair, etc., please leave $50 on the kitchen island at checkout. If you have a dog and choose to do the extra cleaning necessary, all good. All the cleaning supplies you may need to help clean up after your dog are in downstairs closet and cabinets, please help yourself. There are two homes at this location, your stay could be in either home.

The shower felt like you were going to fall through the floor it made alot of noise, and shower head holes that let the water through, alot of them were plugged up probably due to hard water. Need cleaned.

Beautiful property

The owner was very prompt communicating with me. The property was nicer than I even expected. The location of this property was so close to the interstate and the Ford event center. I was extremely happy with this and it was close to old town Casper, which made it fun.

Quiet Stay, Accommodating Host

Our host was super helpful with our schedule and that was much appreciated. We had to check out a bit later due to medical appointments. The host kept us informed and was there to help with whatever we needed. Worked great for what we needed for the night. Thank you!!

Dirty and unorganized

The location was quiet and worked well for us.The patio was nice, but lawn was not mowed and lots of weeds. Fence was in need of repairs and holes were covered with trash bags held on by staples.Front yard was mowed. Keypad entry was easy, but no garage door opener, had to have someone come out and go back in through front to give access. The white kitchen cupboards were sticky and had food on the fronts and handles. The oven had not been cleaned and was black and crusty. The waste baskets were nicely tucked into a sliding access door, but they were filthy and looked to have never been washed out. The dishwasher did not work. There was no organization in the kitchen and it was missing basic items like a cutting board. The walls and baseboards were dirty. The floor had not been mopped or swept. All of the air vents had dirt buildup. The washer and dryer worked. The washer did smell like mildew. Above the washer there were various pairs of underwear, socks, bras etc. Bedroom one: the light fixture was not completely attached to the ceiling. Upon pulling back the covers there was a vape in between the sheets, indicating the bedding had not been changed since the previous guest. Bedroom 2 was ok, but the sheets had a pink stain like a lip stain, or nail polish. The bathtub looked dirty in the bottom and creaked when someone stood in it to shower. Some of the towels were crusty and needed to be replaced. I did contact the on-site host. He did refund $100.

Nice Place

The rental was as described in the listing. The entire unit was very clean. The kitchen allowed us to make a quick breakfast before left. The location was easy to find and it had great views. The Neighborhood was friendly and safe. The outdoor space was great with chairs and a fenced back yard. John was very proactive in his communication and all instructions were clear. We would stay here again.
