'El cuarto estuvo muy bien. La comunicación no fue tan buena. Queríamos hacer check in. Pero no nos podían recibir a la hora que necesitábamos. La comunicación no fue muy buena. No nos contestaban lo que preguntábamos. Perdimos una noche de estancia porque en vez de llegar en la noche del 16 queríamos hacer check in el 17 a las 7 de la mañana y nadie nos pudo recibir. Muy triste. La siguiente noche fue muy buena.'

'The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did...

'Me gustó la limpieza del lugar, la rapidez con la q arreglaron el baño que tiraba agua, hay varios mercados cerca, panadería y una tienda grande y bien surtida de artículos varios. La zona muy tranquila, sin ruido de los vecinos. Solo el colchón estába muy delgado y la base de la cama está muy frágil, no tenía box spring, así que no nos queríamos mover mucho para no dañarlo. Pero estuvimos agusto.'

'Très bonne localisation, un peu a l’extérieur du centre mais très facile avec le métro à quelques pas. Propre et spacieux, le lit est inconfortable.'

'Ett centralt boende ca 20 min promenad till centralstationen där även bussar går för rundturer i staden, Retiroparken som är en stor vacker park att promenera i. Lite längre till det gamla Madrid och latinokvarteren med slingrande gator och mysiga restauranger och butiker överallt. Boendet var rent och fräscht, lugnt och tyst. Bra sängar och bra dusch. Incheckningen var smidig men man var tvungen att följa en länk och sedan gå in i ett mail man tidigare fått, mitt i natten var det inte det...

'The apartment comes just like in the pictures, exactly as advertised. Situated at about 15 min walk from Prado Museum and El Retiro park, 5 min from a subway/metro stop, it is fully equipped, with A/C in every room, close to everything and it makes for a wonderful stay and vacation. The host, Santiago, is a wonderful, attentive to his guests and ready to advise and help in any way possible. Perfect for a family stay. We would totally recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Madrid.'
