Instructions mention cottage although the room appears to be a half carport walled in under a house. »

« We arrived to a pristine and efficient space in Hatton Fields just southeast of downtown Carmel. The homeowners built this guest house on their property and did a fantastic job of creating a cozy getaway. From the clean design to efficient use of space, we thoroughly enjoyed the four days we spent there. « Overall this property is excellent. Wood floors throughout make cleaning easy, living room seating fairly comfortable, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms updated/excellent and access to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea or Highway 1 is easy.
