One bedroom apartment (4 people) - Le Dimore di Budoni

The apartment is part of the residence Le Dimore di Budoni. The apartment complex is set in large, well-maintained green spaces. Budoni's beautiful white-sand beach is only 300 metres away. The town center, with its services and lively nightlife, is only 500 metres

Apartments can be located on the ground floor or on the second floor. In both cases they have an outdoor space (patio or balcony) furnished with table and chairs.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with TV, microwave, pots and dishes, kettle, toaster, mosquito net, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (partial use), washing machine, iron and ironing board (on request), and hair dryer. In addition, inside the apartment you will find a beach umbrella at your disposal to take with you for your days at the beach.

The cost of your stay includes energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed and bath linen (bed and bath linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights).

For any needs you can go to the reception office, which will be open daily from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out (the day of your departure) is scheduled by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the property in advance to issue KEY BOX code for key collection. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50.00 may be charged.
For arrivals after 20:00, the client's phone number is required.

Upon arrival, you must pay the following mandatory fees:
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
CITY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Budoni, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.

Your pets are allowed in our facility, except common areas. It is allowed one pet per apartment (max 25kg) and there will be a supplement of € 50,00.

Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette a fee of € 50,00 is applied and for failure to deliver waste, a further € 50,00 penalty fee will be charged.
