'From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me wonderfully. They gave me information. I didn’t even think I needed to know, but I did. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. The only problem I have with breakfast is they should give you individual cups of syrup.'

'The front staff (Maritza) was amazing and friendly. The overall stay was great. The beds are very very firm which I'm not use to. The surrounding area is loud and very busy with traffic, even late at night. The hotel can't control that however.'

'Great location to Ameris Bank Amphitheater! No complaint's. Easy parking. Easy Check-in. Comfortable bed. Breakfast. TV easy to use. No pool is the only thing we missed, but didn't have time anyway. Would stay again!'

'The breakfast menu was fresh and the room was clean. I wanted to make tea but the coffee maker was rusted so I told the front desk and they replaced it in a few minutes. The hotel is next to several restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations. We had a very comfortable stay.'

'Hotel was excellent. However they put us in the wrong room. My last name was the same name as another guests first name and they put me in that room. AND they charged my account a large sum for a room that I had already paid in full for. Finally got that straightened out and the charge recalled and thought everything was ok. UNTIL the day after I checked out my wife checked our account and found that we had been charged for another room. Had to call again. After several conversations this...

'The hotel was very outdated. The drains did not drain in the tub nor the sink. The wood was damaged and just painted over them. The bed was decent but it felt dirty. The sofa was worn and it was uncomfortable we did not stay our full booking. On top of it the hotel even refused to give us a refund even though we were not happy with the stay or accommodations.'
