Staff was super helpful and kind. My room faced the pool and was very bright at night. They were happy to change my room for me. Overall great stay. '

'When your next room neighbor plays video games screaming all night, it is hard to give the property a great review. I had reported it several times, but the problem continued waking me up at 1am, 2am, 3am. I believe other property could had handled it a different way. '

'I will never book through Expedia again . You guys never sent my itinerary over to them even after calling 3 separate times and being put on hold for 30 minutes each time . So i had to make a whole new reservation . Completely unacceptable . You guys are terrible'

'Beware!!! Checked in to a room that smelled heavily of smoke and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Was moved to a different room as requested. Completed the stay with no other issues until I received a $100 charge to my account the following day after checkout. I called property and they wouldn’t tell me what it was for except loss/damage. I emailed property management only to receive a call hours later saying that the room had smelled like smoke and I was charged $100!!! I don’t smoke. Complained...
