« The only issue that we had was being woken at 6:00in the morning by the sound of boxes being thrown on the floor. We had a room next to the kitchen pantry. Well it was truck delivery day and so while we were sleeping the staff was unloading breakfast supplies outside in the hallway. Make sure you ask for a room that is not close to the kitchen. »

« Good value for your money…. BUT my hotel room was barely cleaned. Did not offer any complementary concessions for my extreme inconvenience. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they informed me that the room staff had went home for the night. I also retold front desk the next day, demanded the room to be clean when I did speak to a staff member the next day, they instructed that I should have been able to change rooms however still nothing done for my inconvenience. « Hotel was clean, spacious, and updated. Beds were not very comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lobby would have been nice. Most hotels offer this. The only choice is coffee from Starbucks and many people don’t drink Starbucks. Not to mention the added cost. And I really don’t think it would hurt Starbucks at all. »

« Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’hôtel coche toutes les cases : personnel aux petits soins, emplacement parfait, et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir. Seul petit nuage dans ce ciel bleu : le parking, annoncé gratuit, s’est finalement révélé payant (40$ pour 7 jours). Rien de dramatique, mais un petit détail qui mériterait d’être clarifié à la réservation. Mis à part ça, c’était top ! »
