'Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. 'Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice'

'Upon checking into my assigned room, I discovered blood stains on the bedding. Concerned about the condition of the room, I removed the sheets and found additional blood stains on the pillows. I was shocked that a room in this condition had been cleaned, inspected, and placed into service for a guest. 'Clean room'

'Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms.'

'My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests.
