Check-in instructions will be provided on the day of arrival once all requirements have been completed. Submission of a valid government-issued ID is mandatory. WiFi is available inside the apartment. The connection is suitable for regular browsing, streaming, emails, and general online use. The WiFi is not suitable for high-bandwidth activities such as heavy downloads, large file transfers, crypto mining, or intensive commercial usage. The kitchen includes essential cookware and utensils for light meal preparation.
Please note: We do not provide condiments (salt, oil, sugar, spices, etc.). All dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher before check-out. Dispose of leftover food properly. Appliances must be cleaned and switched off after use. Do not leave food scraps in sinks as this may cause blockages. Failure to leave the kitchen in reasonable condition may result in additional cleaning fees.

Important: Excessive rubbish left behind may incur a disposal charge starting at $50, depending on weight and type. Oversized or commercial-level waste will incur higher charges.

Spectacular view.
The booking goes via a B&B Agency with very convoluted communication and check-in where you have to walk a distance to a convenience store then given a code to retrieve your key from a security box in the store. And only ONE key for 4 people. (Hardly workable!)
I was not made aware of this unusual check-in process (certainly not suitable for anybody who is disabled or unable to walk over half a km to retrieve a single key. )

very poor bedding with terrible quality old-looking sheets,
pillows like concrete
and not even a cover on the doona)
An inexpensive mattress topper would also add to the comfort of the otherwise overly firm bed.
2 pump dispensers in bathrooms not working.
No tissues in bathrooms or towels (2 towels on the bed) with no hand towels or washers.
Only Tea was something hippy and herbal (no ordinary black tea) and not even long life milk ( - powdered Coffee Mate instead!) Yuk!
It has all the makings of a fantastic property and with simple, easy and inexpensive tweaks, it would make a huge difference to the overall experience rather than leaving you disgruntled and not wishing to return.
