« Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh »

« The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you! »

« The property was lovely and as described. 8 of us stayed and we all able to relax and felt comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms spacious.Not to far from Brighton and was easy enough to get taxis in and out if needed. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Property was very clean and tidy, with kitchen all in good working order. Hosts quick to reply to any queries, and the property/local area handbook very helpful. Games room and hot tub were great for any down time at the house, and only a 10-15 min drive down to the centre of Brighton. »

« The house is tastefully furnished, in immaculate condition and comes with all commodities one can think of.Great view, cozy garden, well connected to Brighton although Rottingdean offers a wide choice of cozy pubs too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to our nice landlady for renting her place out to us. »

« This house was cute, clean and well equipped with amenities. Many details were well thought out. I appreciated the well designed little kitchen with its nice quality appliances. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. We were able to walk to the fun vintage shops in a few minutes and the beach is also easily within walking distance. I would highly recommend this cute property. »

« The house and its equipment are as described. Good communication with Jonathan who gave us useful places to visit before our stay and a welcoming basket at our arrival. The house is comfortable, clean and close to commodities. Several walking trails allow you to discover the surroundings. The train from Brighton to London Victoria is very convenient to visit London (one hour trip). We recommand the house and will come back with pleasure. »

« We stayed here for my hen do. All I can say is that it was amazing! Everyone loved it, it was so clean, the beds were SO comfy! We had towels left for us. The layout was lovely, none of us could fault it. If I was coming back to Brighton with a large group again, I would definitely see if this was available. I’ve already recommended to friends. Thank you so much for a lovely stay If I had to suggest one tiny thing, I would be a new shower head in the big bathroom, but it didn’t change my opinion...
