'Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. 'Great location but quite noisy. We stayed on a weekend and as the clubs and pubs emptied out there was a lot of shouting and singing from the street so just be aware of that. Room was comfortable and clean but a little underwhelming for the price. Staircase up to room is very narrow so quite difficult to negotiate with luggage. Would not recommend for a person who is not too mobile.'

'Well equiped studio flat in a convenient location. Could be cleaner, and the shower was a little tame. A few small improvements like a curtain/blind for the doors window and instructions for using the projector would have made the stay better. Having said that I’d consider staying again.'

You are directly part of this Brighton family. We had a Christmas look, but you keep taking pictures! Little details, all very clean and the room was great. We had seasight, but the room has all you need! Great bed, perfect shower, ammenities, bottle of free water with and without gas and all you could think of. I cannot find any negative about this hotel! The breakfast was superb for every taste. If there is space you can park in the back of the hotel for 18 pounds (if you are a new member of Accor, otherwise it is 28 pounds per day. Nearby are more options. If you order a drink in the bar? Do tell them not to poor to the rim. You pay the max and it is too much. They should ask for that, especially if you already had one!? And he poored the next automatically to the higher volume/price. Otherwise very nice all over. Location couldn't be better. Compliments to all!"
