Access to the house is via a closed path and then with very little traffic. The beach is 1 km away. It is also accessible via a path (500 m). There is a good restaurant in the village (m. 200). The house is surrounded by nature. On the ground floor there is a spacious terrace and a garden with sun loungers for the common use of the three flats.
