'My room was dirty and roach infested. There was broken furniture. We had a lot of homeless and sketchy people roaming around the property no one picking up after their dogs, drinking and drug use in public loud music and noise. No one ever answering the phone in the office no security that I saw this is not a safe place.'

'We arrived late by plane and needed a hotel for a short night. The hotel is very basic, but that's what we wanted and that's what we got (no spoons or even cups in the room!). When I booked the hotel, I thought it was including breakfast, because that's what I read on hotels.com. Unfortunately there is only coffee and muffins in the hall for takeaway. The good news though, is that they tasted great ;-)'

'Bedden lijken 2 twijfelaars. Geen 2 tweepersoonsbedden. Bij het ontbijt bleek sap machine niet te werken. Geen alternatieve drank. Alleen melk koffie en thee. Eten was om 8.30 al deels op en werd niet bijgevuld.'

'None of the pictures on Expedia are update, they are pictures from years ago. The rooms stink, the hallway carpets are dirty and trash everywhere, the sidewalks haven't been washed down in years, the pool was green and slim floating at the bottom. Lots of street people. The women at the front desk were very accommodating and tried to fix the situation. We finally stayed at a loft there because when we rented it, it didn't give address until after we paid again and landed up being the same place....

'There's only one ice machine in the entire building, and it wasn't working for my entire stay.The air conditioner was noisy, and a giant floodlight just outside my room meant the room was never fully dark, even with the curtains drawn. The staff person was less than friendly on the phone when I asked for an early check-in. Other staff people were nice, but this woman -- long black hair, big glasses, big eyelashes -- paid zero attention to people walking in and out. She was always looking down,...
