'I was lucky to travel with disposable sheets because one of the beds had some noticeable stains on them. The website said there was complimentary breakfast, but all it really was was a bagel bar. Based on the site, I thought there would be a microwave in the room, but there wasn't. The shower pressure was not the best.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Loved staying here! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked the pool but I loved the breakfast more! Great breakfast options. The mall is right across the street and there are lots of stores and restaurants in the area (very near). Convenient location.'

'The laundry in the room is a big plus if you’re staying for an extended period. Which we were. Having a kitchen will bigger sized refrigerator is great too for the same reason. Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently. It’s hard for a place not to get run down and smelly with this many animals, it is taking a toll. The other problem is the room cleaning. They admitted at the counter they...

'The machine to get water was "out of order". The coffee machine was "out of order". I had to get written instructions on how to change the input on the TV before we could get it to come on. Our truck got a huge ding in the door that was a little upsetting.'
