'Check in was easy and quick, and I appreciate the breakfast choices. When I checked in and took a shower, I was disappointed to find that the shampoo dispenser was empty. So I had to get my wet self dressed and go to the front lobby for some shampoo. Very frustrating to say the least.'

'Room was clean, most important for me. Shower: pressure was low. Beds are okay. Room had a connecting door wherefrom a lot of noise came through. Thin walls. Earplugs recommend.'

'We arrived late by plane and needed a hotel for a short night. The hotel is very basic, but that's what we wanted and that's what we got (no spoons or even cups in the room!). When I booked the hotel, I thought it was including breakfast, because that's what I read on hotels.com. Unfortunately there is only coffee and muffins in the hall for takeaway. The good news though, is that they tasted great ;-)'

'I did not stay here. I drove around the building, to find the front office,and there were homeless people all around it. When I went into the front office, there was an obvious person, under the influence and probably homeless, trying to check in. The office also smelled heavily of smoke... I feared my vehicle would get broke into,so I left.'

'This area is bustling. There's a large amusement park not far away. Numerous restaurants surround the area. Regarding public safety in Phoenix: the hotel is enclosed by a perimeter fence, and entry requires check-in verification, making it quite secure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fully equipped, though the flooring looks a bit dated.'

'This place is like section 8 housing. Our unit had to be opened by a screwdriver, the toilets didn't work, lights didn't work and it was dirty and not maintained. I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again'

'Bring protection going here not family friendly. Rooms smell like cigarettes, burn holes on the floor, Mold in the bathroom. Towels and bedding had homes and stains in them, I would never stay here again, horrible and not safe.'
