'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable Stay and Great Value We had a very pleasant stay at Spark by Hilton Glendale Phoenix North. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent value for the price. The rooms were well-maintained, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The common areas were clean and inviting, and the property felt safe and well cared for. 'Clean place and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I gave them a 4 was for a door to use when coming in after 4 pm doesnt work with key card. Otherwise easy 5. Very adequate soap and towels etc. Next to freeway, meaning maybe 3/8 of a mile away with no noise associated to it. No restaurant, but there's a Del taco within walking distance. Gave me a great price to !! I'll definetly stay there again. Ac was perfect, not to hot or cold with clean smelling air coming out so the filters are clean...

'Room was clean, most important for me. Shower: pressure was low. Beds are okay. Room had a connecting door wherefrom a lot of noise came through. Thin walls. Earplugs recommend.'

'An enjoyable stay. Some parts of property were a little dated, but the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. It came with a good breakfast and the staff were very nice. I would definitely come back here.'

'We arrived late by plane and needed a hotel for a short night. The hotel is very basic, but that's what we wanted and that's what we got (no spoons or even cups in the room!). When I booked the hotel, I thought it was including breakfast, because that's what I read on hotels.com. Unfortunately there is only coffee and muffins in the hall for takeaway. The good news though, is that they tasted great ;-)'

'They could have done a better job keeping the pool clean. By day 4 the pool was green and a bunch of tree and plant stuff in it. We were there 5 days and the cleaning team only came in once to clean. Everything else was great.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'I did not stay here. I drove around the building, to find the front office,and there were homeless people all around it. When I went into the front office, there was an obvious person, under the influence and probably homeless, trying to check in. The office also smelled heavily of smoke... I feared my vehicle would get broke into,so I left.'
