The property feels very secure and is in great condition. Very basic but overall a great value for the money. It was unfortunate on our first of the two nights that we stayed the fire alarm went off 5 times at around 2:50am. The first time it went off for multiple minutes and for instances 2-5 it went off for 30 seconds or less each time. Because it went off multiple times & the firetruck/firefighters were on site for over 30minutes & we were not made aware of what had happened (other than a panicked lady in grey scrubs walking through the hallway in a rush as the alarm was blaring saying, “Its a false alarm”, it was really hard to get back to sleep for almost 2 hours. When I asked about it the next day I was told that somebody burned microwave popcorn. We had to buy bottled water and get plastic utensils to eat. There is a dishwasher & a cascade pod is provided but unless you bring your own dishes there is no reason to use it. There is a setup of two glass top burners, a microwave, and a full size fridge. And the location allows access to several restaurants and is 5 mins from the Desert Diamond Arena & surrounding restaurants if you have access to a car. Overall very satisfied with our stay & the accommodations. Vending machines, a laundry room, a very basic workout room, & available coffee are nice assets too. Staff was very kind.
