'Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. Upon trying a second time, the woman answering thankfully did know. The apt. smelled strongly of Mr. Clean and the smell never dissipated. 'Great location, although a bit noisy due to the subway station and the construction on the other side of the road, which made it hard to sleep without earplugs. Also very friendly staff! However, it was hard to reach anyone after checking out because I thought I had forgot something in the apartment.'
