« Hôtel qui se dit accessible pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Ce n'est pas vrai !!! La chambre est certes accessible mais pas la salle de bain. Impossible pour une personne en fauteuil roulant de passer la porte, ce qui pose de gros soucis. Lorsque nous avons fait part du problème à la réceptionniste pour seule réponse nous avons eu : " toutes les chambres sont pareilles". Une simple excuse, pas de remise sur le prix de la chambre. « Parking was easy, staff was amazing and my check in was fast and simple. Room was very clean and nicer than i expected. The restroom mirror even has a light and an option so it doesnt steam when you’re in the shower. Breakfast is nice and my room didn’t have a microwave and the front desk oerson let me use the one in their laundry room. i got the room for 1 night and ended up booking for a second night bc it was so nice. 10/10 recommend this palace! »
