'Beautiful clean hotel. Amazing staff upon arrival and throughout stay. Room had a nice view and was beautifully designed. Pool water did look a little dirty, but had a beautiful view of the city building around. 9/10'

'Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. '

'After a very stressful and uncomfortable experience at another hotel in Austin the night before that prompted me to check out and find somewhere else to stay, staying at Hotel ZaZa Austin was exactly what I needed.
From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, calm, and well cared for. The room was spotless—truly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in—and beautifully designed. It struck the perfect balance of stylish and comfortable.

'Did a one night Saturday stay. Enjoyed the pool area and gym. Beautiful pool and well equipped gym. Just unhappy that the bar at the pool stopped serving food at 6pm and drinks at 7 pm for a Saturday night when there were still plenty of people around. '
