The property was cleaned but the mantles needed dusting. The home is spacious & all the
Beds were comfortable.
My guests and I enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to shopping.
Need to improve on... having quality utensils to eat and cook with bc there was only 1 wooden spatula for cooking and pre/opened plastic ware from dollar to eat with.
I had to buy cooking utensils for cooking.
Other downside... was the dryer did not work and housekeeping left wet sheets in washer. Back door handle kept falling off.
Every bedroom and areas with carpeting had spots on the carpet. Dripping faucet in master bedroom.
Outside stairwell leading to the to backyard is dry rotten. A guest foot fell through the steps.
Trash can was full prior to arrival with yard debris; wasn't able to dispense trash prior to checkout.
The front keyless entry jammed on the 3rd day.
We were blamed by the assistant who came to fix it. While waiting my guest drove to local grocery store to used the bathroom until help arrived.
I did not like how the assistant upon arrival said "what did you do to the door saying we touched the top deadbolt lock.
It was hard reaching the host.
I reached out to VRBO each time I needed to make contact.
Left message and did not get a response. Few other issues... dishwasher not work, broken glass left in kitchen sink prior check in.
Thanks too staff at VRBO ... I was able to make connection with the owner through VRBO reaching out to him.
