On the end of our block is our neighborhood Bartram Ave. Park where you can stroll through the farmers market on Sunday's or bring a folding chair to catch a free movie with friends or the family. Our beach includes public bathrooms and showers for convenience. Walking towards Ventnor offers superb family-oriented parks and recreation. The Lower Chelsea neighborhood is the best kept secret in Atlantic City. It's a low-key high amenity location with access to transportation to everything the city has to offer.



Pets are welcome, no need to leave furry family members behind. We include a welcome kit with your pet fee so that you have the basics covered for the family's best friend.



The Neighborhood:

Bartram Avenue Beach has fantastic views of the Atlantic City sky line. It is the widest area of beach on all of Brigantine and Absecon Island; including Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate and Longport. The beach includes so many amenities; volleyball courts, a large boardwalk pavilion, a life guard house, showers and bathrooms.



Its no wonder its the beach destination for the locals and out of towners alike.

That is why we will independently verify guests before the commencement of each booking. By proceeding with this booking you are agreeing to sign an e-signature contract and/waiver that we will send you prior to your arrival.



Please note: This will form part of our check-in process. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. We will also be emailing you the short term rental agreement to sign via Docusign.

2) The "1920's Speakeasy Beach Home" has 5 bdrm, 7bd, 2.5 bath with an outdoor hot tub and a vintage speakeasy and lounge

3) The "Ultimate Beach Tower" is a beach block two-family building with 11 brm, 15 bd, 7 full bath, 3 half-bath, ping pong table, foosball table and double outdoor patio space

4) The "American Adventure" Beach home is 6bdrm, 8bd, 2.5 bath home with amazing game rooms that include ping pong, shuffleboard and a poker table for 10 with a lounge
