The Saffron Dress by SHWAY Antwerp

The Saffron Dress is a typical Antwerp townhouse located in district Theaterbuurt and it belongs to collection of SHWAY Antwerp. It consists out of 4 floors connected by a steep staircase (also very typical Antwerp) and can be rented by a family or group for up to 5 people. It is fully decorated and designed by Stekkie Amsterdam.

You will enter the house with a code and step right into the modern and very cosy kitchen with coffee corner, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and a wooden dining table with 5 seats. You can walk further to the hallway where you can find a separate toilet, a closet for coats, jackets and shoes, the washing machine and dryer and the staircase. Go up to the first floor and enter the living area with high ceilings, big windows, Farrow & Ball colors, beautiful terra-cotta curtains, HK living interior, a TV with streaming services and two sofa beds: one big sofa bed for 2 people (160x200cm) and one separate sofa bed for 1 person (90x200cm). Both very comfortable and made with hotel duvets, pillows and Egyptian cotton linen.
At the second floor you'll find the master bedroom with a queen size boxspring bed and of course also made with hotel duvets, pillows and Egyptian cotton linen. A big open closet, a workplace and a TV with streaming services make the bedroom also a very good home base for expats or business travellers. On the top floor of the house, there is the big bathroom with bath, sink and toilet and a lot of light to grow beautiful plants. We provide conditioner and shampoo/body wash from Rituals and towels, floor towels and washcloths for each stay.

We can assure you that this is just the best neighborhood of Antwerp. Super central, a quiet street, close to public transfer, in the middle of the best shopping streets and within 10 minutes walking distance from the best restaurants, cafés and museums. The district is called Sint-Andries and it is located in the southern part of the city centre. The district is bordered by the "Historical Center" in the north, the "Theaterbuurt" in the east and "Het Zuid" in the south. Nowadays, it is the fashion centre of the city and a lot of famous Belgian designers are located here. Vintage, design, interior, fashion and boutiques are key words for what to find in this area.

The Saffron Dress is located in the heart of the city, within 15 minutes walking distance from Antwerp Central Station and 10 minutes walking distance from the best public parking of Antwerp: Indigo Parking Nationale Bank. You will pay €17,- per 24 hours and on Sundays and official holidays you can park for free at the streets. You can easily take trams and busses to every hotspot of Antwerp at the end of the street and also the direct road to the Ring of Antwerp.

As we are responsible for guarding the quality of every stay of each guest of ours, we can only accept guests who will be responsible of our property and interior and who will respect our house rules.
