Cottages in North West England

'Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees.'

'Lovely little cottage in Trawden. Had a little trouble finding it as Google maps has it on the left side of the round as you come down the hill but it's on the right but other than that everything else was spot on. Went to the Trawden Arms in the village for a couple of drinks Saturday early evening. Friendly welcoming staff & there were quite a few people in having a drink so a good atmosphere. 'East to find nice and clean let down by no welcome pack , really badly scratched non stick pan (should be binned) biggest problem no ventilation at all in the bedroom small rooflight in the small ensuite .booked for a week left 2 days early due to no way of getting any fresh air in the bedroom way to warm. A rooflight in the bedroom would solve the problem .'

Very well presented with an amazing kitchen and fantastically well-equipped (so many places don't even have one pint glass, let alone 6!). A few days into my stay the latch on the main entrance to the building was loose and likely to fall off soon - I...
