'I had at this modern detached bungalow. The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. '

'Room very clean and comfortable - pity no brochure advising meal times , menus or no smoking sign . No details how to use room telephone or numbers to ring . Meals very pricey and not value ( plus 12.5% service charge ) All staff fantastic , very smart , courteous and friendly . Free shuttle cars to airport a boon . Pity no gymnasium in hotel or swimming pool !!still as mostly a 1 night stay hotel not to expect those details .'

'Simply superb, beautiful house lovely spacious rooms and an excellent cooked to order breakfast. Charming host and staff. Cannot be faulted and.....staggering distance from 2 pubs, one gastro - great food - the other a good local with decent ale (when you get them to pour it the proper way and not as Northern idiots want it, like keg).'

'Facilities good but no staff very impersonal. No check in desk just sent a PIN number via e mail to access the accommodation Had to speak to t bar staff downstairs. For advice No lift allocated a room on the second floor had to lug heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs no body to help us . Would not stay here again'

'The rooms are very comfortable, interestingly decorated, and well equipped with plug outlets, etc. Only negative is that meal service ends at 8pm in the restaurant, and road traffic can be a bit loud (if you are sensitive).'

'Surpassed all expectations just about .. My only slight criticism was that the children’s pool access was restricted to 8:30–10:00am, which felt quite limiting. Trying to fit both breakfast and a family swim into that short window and all by 10am made the mornings feel a little rushed. Overall, though, we had a fantastic stay and somewhere we would happily return to.'
