'The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was exceptional! The garden beautifully maintained. Would definitely recommend. Location close to the motorway but felt we were miles away.'

'The hotel lobby and the room I stayed in had been recently refurbished. Other areas of the building were tired and not to the same standard. The tap water in the room ran yellow for a while and the shower didn't drain. The hotel is under refurbishment so hopefully when it's complete the experience will be consistent throughout. On a whole, it was good value for money but not as modern/fancy as the pictures portray.'

'The hotel is wonderful and also the staff is very very friendly!! One little remark, if you don’t take continental breakfast everything is 10£ more per portion… I mean, the rooms are not that cheap for Warrington, then an egg should be included in my opinion! '

'We stayed during the hottest May on record, and the AC system in the rooms was not operational as we were informed by the front desk, that this functionality is only switched on for summer. As the room windows only open a few inches, it made for a hot and uncomfortable few nights stay.'

'The overall stay is good. I was in need of the charge point and the front office does not have a spare one. The chair in the room is not comfortable to sit and work. Breakfast is okey. The orange juice was so sweet seems like sugar mixed a lot. Not taste as orange juice. The coffees can be better. The menu in the dinner was good. It is better to have a small fridge in the room. '
