Bathroom had numerous broken tiles, dirty floor and wet bath mat which meant that we didn’t feel comfortable using the shower. 'Horrible experience. They gave me the wrong code for the lock box so I wasn’t able to get in until 645 pm. The place was a mess as well. When I finally got into my room it reeked of weed. When I told them about this they told me just to light a candle. I left and asked for a refund immediately, and they stopped responding until Expedia got involved. Then they eventually denied it. Awful service, gross place'
