'Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche pour une durée d’une semaine. Le propriétaire était présent, il n’y a pas eu d’attente. L’appartement se trouve dans un petit renfoncement assez classique des anciennes bâtisses. On entre sur un jardin entretenu avec un beau volume (barbecue, table pour manger et petit salon de jardin). L’appartement à l’intérieur est magnifique, on voit aisément le volume de travaux nécessaires pour un résultat aussi propre et soigné. Les pièces ont un beau volume, on ne se sent...

'We were not lucky with weather, because of an awfull wind, but we enjoyed the house and the environment. Did a lot of bicicle rides. Also the old city, "Ille sur Tet" is beautifull. "Les Orgues" is absolutely a visit worth. The owner of the Gite is very friendly and gave a lot of useful traveltips.'

'Het huis is ruim. De bedden zijn fijn. Er zijn voldoende badkamers. Twee badkamers zijn klein, maar verder prima. De keuken is goed voorzien. De tuin is heerlijk, met genoeg mogelijkheden om te zitten en dingen te doen voor de kinderen. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar goed genoeg voor de kinderen. Enige nadeel was dat er veel muggen waren. Hierdoor konden we 's-avonds alleen buiten zitten met een lange broek en lange mouwen. Ook binnen hadden we last van muggen. Het is nodig om onder een klamboe...

'La maison a de beaux volumes, très bien située dans un petit village au calme. Belle piscine bien entretenue. Mais il n’y a qu’un petit drap de bain prévu par personne pour tout votre séjour ( nous sommes restés 2 semaines.) Ce n’est vraiment pas assez, comment on fait avec la piscine et la douche ? Pas de coussin de chaises le long de la piscine, comment on fait avec ces petites serviettes pour ne pas se brûler contre le plastique des chaises? Il y a un éclairage au pourtour et dans la piscine...

'We stayed one night. In 350 meters you can be in the medieval city. Travel 50 meters down the hill, turn on the path and you are there. Such a perfect location. Paul was great and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely dinner at the Sarl le Creneau and saw Remparts et Lumieres at night. We had a wonderful day exploring the village during the day. We would definitely come back and stay again.'

'Really well situated - just on the edge of the Bastide and about 15 minutes walk from the walled town. Lovely home with a small pool and excellent outdoor kitchen. It had all the facilities we needed. Our host was very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.'

'Mooie woning met heerlijk zwembad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn terras wat grootste deel van de dag in de schaduw ligt. Ook slaapkamers bleven lekker koel in een warme week van gemiddeld 37 graden. Heerlijke week gehad!'

'Lovely house, pictures are not completely accurate. Owner does only speak french, which didn't bother us, but just be aware. Everythin was lovely and Nadine was perfectly hospitable. I will say France sweet villas weren't as on the ball as they should be. I asked multiple times to confirm the comfort kits and we were told it was done, however, when we got there, the lovely lady told us no one had communicated this to her, she was very apologetic and helpful.'

"Positive: literally 5’ walk to entrance of Carcassonne! Car parking was very good and save. Breakfast was in the main hotel across the street with a stunning view of the city as background. Nice breakfast served at the table, plenty of choice. Nice garden to sit and relax good sized pool area. EXTREMELY nice personnel at reception and breakfast area! Negative: we stayed in a deluxe room in the ***star Mommerency. Small rooms/bathroom, noisy at times, clean but tired looking. Shower/bath: only hot water because the thermostat button was stuck solid. No coffee/tea facility in the room. Ofcourse you do pay less than in the main building and we did not spend much time in our room. "
