OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

Large independent villa, less than 250 meters from the sea and the splendid sandy Baia dell'Amore beach, in the heart of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura.
Structured with a large living room with fireplace and double exposure, a well-equipped kitchen with pantry, five spacious bedrooms with five bathrooms each, it is the perfect home for a large family or a group of friends - welcoming, spacious, refined, but at the same time practical.
A splendid roof terrace with 180 degree sea view completes this truly unique property in the context of Portobello.
After crossing a well-kept Mediterranean garden, we are greeted by the spacious covered veranda overlooking the sea and then by the large living room with panoramic French windows.
The living room connects the north wing, where is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and two triple bedrooms, with their own bathrooms each, and the south wing, where there is one more bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen with a pantry, next to it there is a further single bedroom.

In the basement there is a second storage room and a service room with its bathroom. At the back of the house there is an elegant, partly covered patio, with a dining area and outdoor kitchen, equipped with barbecue and oven.
From the patio you can access the splendid panoramic terrace located on the roof, from which there is a magnificent view of the sea and the majestic Gallura granite rocks.

For our guests, maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests and tranquility and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service.

COMPLEX RULES
According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency on their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be granted. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members arriving after the check-in time, upon prior communication, may go directly to the gate and state the villa name and the booking surname to gain access.

The use of umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, or similar items is generally prohibited on the beach, as it detracts from the natural beauty of the landscape.

Access for campervans and large vehicles is forbidden. Only passenger cars are permitted.

Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit on the beaches with any type of animal, and it is also prohibited to bathe animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.

Do not throw cigarette butts or matches onto the street: just a small gust of wind can cause dry grass to catch fire and start a blaze.
Inside the complex, it is also forbidden to drive at a speed exceeding 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.

We kindly inform our guests that from mid-September to mid-June, maintenance or renovation works may take place in some areas of the complex.Most of the time, these are light and non-noisy activities. However, we are not informed in advance about the type of work or the possible noise level.
