Welcome to our inviting duplex 2-bedroom apartment spanning 928 square feet in Oasis 2, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. As you step inside, you'll find a convenient half bathroom to your right, followed by a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen downstairs.

Venture upstairs to discover two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed and an attached bathroom for added convenience, fully stocked with bathrobe, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Meanwhile, the standard bedroom offers a Trundle bed accommodating two persons comfortably.

For your convenience, we provide a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron stored in the cabinet. With its thoughtful layout and modern amenities, our duplex apartment promises a comfortable stay in the heart of Masdar City.

Pets are welcome at our property, but prior approval is required. After booking, a payment request for the pet fee and a refundable pet security deposit will be sent to you. We allow only house-trained cats and dogs, and a maximum of two pets are permitted

HOUSE RULES

Noise levels must be kept strictly low during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time;
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-9AM;
No smoking allowed; This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, tobacco or any kind
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed to in writing;
Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the allocated parking space, in the garage, or in designated parking areas.
Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
If the neighbors are disturbed, Royal Holiday Homes reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
No alcohol may be consumed poolside and no glass containers may be used near the pool (if the property has a pool).
Guest must maintain all property and furnishings in good order; Do not move any furniture. Guest may only use appliances for their intended use;
Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property; Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit; If you have any extra guest, kindly let us know right away to avoid any extra charge
Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting;
Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home;
All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter
All trash must be taken out and placed in the onsite bear box. Failure to do so will result in a fine of AED 500,
Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeding at any time;
