For an exceptional experience, I recommend taking a Park View room so you wake up to Central Park. Front of House team were nothing but exemplary answering any questions and check in / out easy. Luggage storage for also of assistance. Well maintained and clean premises throughout and in own rooms / bathrooms Highly recommend a stay. '

'Amazing staff and attention to detail. Perfect location for a staycation. My dog’s leash broke and Catherine, one of the housekeepers noticed and had a leash ordered from the local Target for us!
