'Beautiful resort with very clean rooms, great pools, and friendly staff. The property felt relaxing and well maintained, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Food options and entertainment were also very enjoyable.
Only minor downside was that some areas could get busy during peak hours, but overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.'

'Property is ok but my room had problems and the buffet need a major makeover the pool was good and the bartenders were great the welcome can be better when your resort gets new guests they should feel like this is going to be a great vacation mabe have a great cocktail to greet them or something'

'This “5-star” resort was a complete scam and a huge disappointment for our babymoon. My husband and I were expecting a relaxing, clean, luxury stay, but the experience was the exact opposite.
The first room smelled strongly of mold and was extremely dirty. There was hair in the bathtub, oily residue from previous guests left in the sink, and even urine on the toilet. After we complained, we were moved to another room, but that one was not much better. There were leftover sodas in the fridge,...

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
