'Clean room, fast check in and check out. No issues Stayed the night before my flight and everything went well. They were able to accommodate a family of 6 on the shuttle for the airport which helped ease my preflight anxiety.'

'A pricy Hotel without a Soul... For what should have been a nice ending of a week vacation, this hotel did absolutely not delivered what we expected. Everything was out of sync between the reception, bar, lunch and room service because this Hotel does not manage everything by itself but has franchised each piece to other companies. Maybe a great way to earn money by its owner, but the customer experience for the price we paid is very underwhelming. Definitely a place were we will never go again.'

'Nette kamers met goede bedden. Als je ook gebruik maakt van de slaapbank, wordt deze niet opgemaakt bij aankomst. Dat moet je zelf doen. Ook tijdens het verblijf wordt hier geen aandacht aan geschonken. Het ‘gewone’ bed wordt wel elke dag opgemaakt en ook dagelijks schone handdoeken. De ontbijtruimte is te klein voor het aantal gasten. Na het ontbijt lange rijen bij de lift.. Maar al met al een prima verblijf.'

'Top locatie! Meerdere metrolijnen op loopafstand in de buurt. Hotel is goed onderhouden en netjes. We komen hier 1 a 2 keer per jaar wanneer we nyc bezoeken. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Voor New Yorkse begrippen vrij goedkoop '

'I liked very much the hotel. The employees from the reception in evening very attent. Rooms are clean, big, confortable. The metro station is some steps from the hotel. There are a lot places to eat near the hotel,shops, supermarkts etc.'

'Goed hotel, dicht bij 2 metro stations. Met 10 minuten zit je op Manhattan. Kamers waren netjes. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Voor een verblijf in de buurt van Manhattan is dit een goede optie. '
