'We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...
'I am a very very frequent traveler and luoi will not go wrong here . The manager is amazing the whole staff is amazing. They were very welcoming to us and allowed us to check in early knowing we had travel issues . EXTREMELY CLEAN !!!! This is a hidden jewel . '
'Nice property. The rooms looks like they have just been renovated as they were very clean. The hallway carpet and elevators need some work though. I would definitely stay there again. '
'Arrived on Friday, Aug. 22md with my husband and kids. Check in was fast. Room was on the 4th floor. The room was very clean. I was able to walk barefoot on the carpet knowing my feet wouldn't get dirty. Staff was kind and helpful. They provided pool towels when asked. The gym is a bit small but it was available 24 hours. Breakfast was good. Overall, I would stay again. '

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
